We had an excellent stay at 1, Pheonix Flats. The location was incredibly convenient, with parking right in front of the apartment. The lock box with a key code made check-in a breeze. The apartment itself was warm, cosy, and well-equipped. We especially appreciated the welcome tray with tea, coffee, and shortbread. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a George Foreman grill. The bathroom was well-lit and had mirrors at various levels. The living room with a fireplace and the information package provided added to the overall comfort of our stay. The town centre was just a minute's walk away, with restaurants and a Co-op nearby. The view over Portree bay and the surrounding mountains was simply spectacular.

The bedrooms were a bit small, which made it challenging to have two suitcases in the room. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience.

It was convenient base for travelling to Portree, I was glad to stay there. I've had apartment with heating, a spectacular view, as example. Though the water pressure was low, I truly enjoyed the stay here...

The communication with the property manager was initially difficult and we didn't have access details, but the Information Centre helped us contact the owner. Once we got in, we found the apartment to be very comfortable and well-equipped with a great array of kitchen items. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town center but off the main streets, making it quiet. We also appreciated the welcome tray with tea/coffee and shortbread. I would recommend this apartment for a short visit to Skye. I would recommend this apartment for a short visit to Skye.
